I build contemporary Arts & Crafts furniture using fine joinery, exotic inlays and quartersawn white oak that is fumed to a rich golden brown in the traditional manner. Other species are available upon request. My raised panels offer a unique profile developed over decades of design, and most of my pieces feature inlays and accents in vibrant species such as yellowheart, ebony, and purpleheart. I have an aversion to portable belt sanders and prefer to work wood with hand tools. While some existing pieces are available (they are noted throughout the site), much of my work is comissioned.
